DL8300 Heat Press

This is a somewhat generic cheap heat press.

Some potential directions here and a not-quite-matching manual.

Lamination

Paper can be laminated using the following process

  1. Preheat to 300F/150C
  2. Place the thermal laminating sleeve between two Teflon sheets (in the left drawer)
  3. Place the the two Teflon sheets on top of the carpet underlayment
  4. Close the press for 35 seconds (tested with 4x6" sleeves, will vary based on size and thickness)
  5. Open the press and remove the Teflon sheets
  6. Let it rest for 5-10 seconds before carefully peeling away the top Teflon sheet from the corner
